Admin Fee
The $350 admin fee will help support non-covered services, including but not limited to:

Insurance processing and administrative support.

Prescription management/refills and prior authorizations.

Processing medical records and form completions.

Secure patient communications (answering clinical and non-clinical questions) and digital access.
The administrative fee will be billed annually and is not covered by insurance. This is NOT for concierge services and is not to be applied to or substituted for copays, deductibles or for any medical services deemed patient responsibility by your insurance plan.
